Shore Conference centre has 5 fully equipped meeting rooms and two spacious foyers. The conference area caters for numerous events ranging from small board meetings to large corporate conferences, cocktail evenings, trade exhibitions, expos, plus award dinners.
The Centre offers conferencing facilities for 6 to 1164 delegates in several size adjustable rooms. Also offered by the Centre is a Professional Conference Organiser (PCO) service accredited by Conventions and Incentives New Zealand, as well as an experienced event management team, on-site caterers and in-house technical staff to assist with creative ideas and themes.
Our Venue is capable of seating 300 delegates theatre style as one room, or can be divided into three smaller rooms by sound proofed panels.
All rooms in the Conference Centre are air conditioned, also offering natural light, dimmable recessed lighting, electronic blackout facilities and are internally wired for audio-visual and data feeds. The conference area offers affordable wi-fi options, enabling customers to log into their account via their laptop. For wi-fi please ask your event co-ordinator for a voucher or the details to log on to our Hot Spot system and pay directly with a credit card.

The Centres has 2 smaller meeting rooms, IT Smart conference rooms 1 & 2. These rooms combined together can seat 70 delegates theatre style, or 50 and 20 respectively as individual rooms.
With glass frontage to enhance their open plan design, these rooms are popular for those holding more intimate events with a smaller number of attendees. Please ask our event co-ordinator regarding the seating style you require.

The auditorium is not only a spectacular entertainment venue but an adaptable multi purpose conference facility.
The venue is unique in the fact it can convert to accommodate a variety of large corporate events from 1,000 seat theatre style sessions, product launches, exhibitions or award or gala dinners for up to 500.
With award winning acoustics the theatre creates a spectacular atmosphere for a wide variety of corporate events. The auditorium manager will be able to assist you with everything from planning your event, themeing, theatre layouts, lighting and anything else you may require.
Our staff are extremely experienced at Planning large banquet events catering for up to 500 people. These events require experienced staff to ensure they run smoothly. With a large variety of menus available for banquet and gala dinners or the ability to design your own menu with our chef. Please ask the auditorium manager to organise a meeting if you require a menu to be designed. We are able to offer you solutions for themeing, lighting and everything in between. On the day of your event your dedicated auditorium manager will be there to ensure your event runs smoothly.
