If you’re after breakfast, a spot of lunch or just a wee bit of naughtiness of a morning, get yourself down to Vudu Café and Larder. The big glass doors on Rees Street entice you in as you see the variety of treats being enjoyed by those on the inside. The pressure is on when choosing from counter, with people pushing past you down the narrow corridor heading towards the lakefront views, but that soon gets forgotten when you set eyes on the cakes. For all its efforts with gluten free options and healthy juices, tasty lunches and big breakfasts, the cakes are the star attraction. Go there for the coffee, go there for the lakefront location, but stay for the cakes.
