Hello owner of Thai Siam.It is my pleasure to report that your restaurant ethics and customer service are the worst I've ever experienced here at Queenstown. How can you charge $17.50 for a tom yum soup "main course" and $6.50 for a tom yum soup "entree" when they're both SMALL SOUPS!?!?! First of all, the main course tom yum soup was SMALLER than the entree. When we asked you how or WHY this was so, you first said that one soup bowl was a bit larger than the other when clearly... they were both SMALL. When we asked you a second time, you told me that there were more vegetables in the other bowl. VEGETABLES COST $10 more!??! WHAT THE HECK ARE YOU TRYING TO PULL???Is $10 more for vegetables, you claim.... your type of customer service??IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO CHEAT YOUR CUSTOMERS - PLEASE POST A SIGN. It was so ridiculous... I didn't want to cause a scene in the resturant but I cannot believe your restaurant provides this type of service. I will never eat here again and will tell ALL my friends not to come here.
