Singapore Sling:
Cocktail Recipe

Key ingredients
> Gin, Brandy

Glass type
> Highball

Ingredients
1 1/2 ounce Gin
1/2 ounce Brandy
1/4 ounce Cointreau
1/4 ounce Benedictine
4 ounces pineapple juice 1/2 ounce lime juice
1/3 ounce grenadine
Dash bitters
Ice
Cherry and pineapple for garnish

Method
> Combine all of the ingredients in a shaker
> Fill with ice and shake until the shaker is well frosted
> Strain into a tall glass
> Garnish with a slice of pineapple and cherry
