Rainbow Julep:
Cocktail Recipe

Key ingredient
> Brandy

Glass type
> Tall

Ingredients
2 shots bourbon
1/2 shot apricot brandy
2 mint leaves

Method
> In mixing glass or shaker, muddle 1 sprig of mint with brandy
> Add the bourbon and stir
> Strain into highball glass filled with crushed ice
> Garnish with remaining mint
