> Rum

> Cocktail

Ingredients
2 oz light rum
1 oz lime juice
1tsp superfine sugar

Method
> Fill a shaker with ice
> Add all ingredients and shake well
> Strain into glass
> Garnish with a lemon twist or lime wedge
