> Brandy

Glass type
> Cocktail

Ingredients
2 oz brandy
1/2 oz peach liqueur
1 tsp sweet vermouth
2 twist lemon peel

Method
> Half-fill a mixing glass with crushed ice
> Add brandy, peach liqueur, and vermouth
> Stir well
> Strain into a cocktail glass
