> Vodka

Glass type
> Rocks

Main Ingredients
45mls (1oz) 42 Below Kiwifruit Vodka
15mls (2/3oz) Tuaca
1/4 of a kiwifruit, muddled
90mls licor 43 and vanilla foam

Licor 43 and Vanilla Foam Ingredients
1 vanilla pos, scraped and muddled
1 egg white
5mls (1/6oz) Licor 43
Dash of anise and saffron syrup

Method
> In a mixing glass, muddle the kiwifuirt
> Add tuaca and vodka
> Shake and pour into an ice-filled rocks glass
> Float the Licor 43 and vanilla foam on the drink's
surface
